Delivery

Please find the following details that constitute our delivery policy.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2 days.  Please allow 5 working days for delivery.  We deliver FREE to the UK, for orders over £30.  Orders under £30 a charge of £3.00 will apply up to 999g, £4.95 over 1kg. 

International orders:  Processed within 2 days.  Please allow between 3 -17 business days for delivery.

USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Standard International Delivery £12.50 orders up to 1.101lb, £18.00 orders between 1.102lb - 2.204lb.  £30.00 Orders over 2.205lb - 6.614lb

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:   

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once despatched.

Damages:

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at the following: info@planet-rainbow.co.uk  so we can either refund or request a replacement.
